Financial Services:
We are still able to process payments and have 2 options available to members at this time. If you need this service please email me at generalmanager@holleybythesea.org

Architectural Department Services:
We are still processing Exterior Home Improvement (EHI) applications, short- & long-term parking permits, New Build applications, and answering/working through violations that are reported to us. If you are performing home improvements, please request an EHI before beginning work so that it can be approved. If you have questions on what may or may not need an application, please email me at generalmanager@holleybythesea.org

I am personally going to the recreation center to check voicemails and return calls and have been returning calls within 2 business days. However, email is the quickest way to contact me, as I have access to email from home.

Please know, at this time, we still anticipate opening on April 6th at 6:00am, but as things progress the status of that may change. We will keep you updated on any changes. Our staff will need to get back into the building, get operations set up, and fully clean the facility prior to opening for member use.

COVID-19 | Florida Department of Health

Members —

We want to inform you of our guidance and the precautions being taken by the Association in response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) threat. First and foremost we are following guidance provided by the Florida Department of Health in Santa Rosa County as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and will continue to monitor and follow their guidance as the situation develops.

The Association is required by the Governing Documents to protect the health and safety of the members and Staff and will take all necessary steps to ensure the highest level of safety. While we believe the current threat is low, we are taking the threat seriously will react conservatively in order to mitigate the risks. We ask all members and Staff to respect the risks, follow the guidance, and take the precautions recommended by the Department of Health and the CDC.

Precautions being taken by the General Manager include:

-- Cleaning and sanitizing the Recreation Center twice daily, with the gym receiving three cleanings.

-- Our Staff is following stringent guidelines by frequently washing their hands and disinfecting their individual work areas.

-- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the facility.

-- Information flyers are posted throughout the facility to better educate everyone about the disease and the risks.

-- Staff members have been notified that if they are experiencing possible symptoms to remain at home.

We currently have no plans to reduce operating times or close the facility but this may become a reality depending on staffing impacts and the severity of the situation. However, the following guidance will be in effect until further notice.

DO NOT ENTER THE RECREATION CENTER OR UTILIZE ANY OF THE COMMON PROPERTIES FOR ANY REASON IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS:

-- Persistent cough

-- Fever

-- Shortness of breath

-- Nasal congestion

Additionally, do not enter the Recreation Center or utilize any of the Common Properties if you have recently traveled to a country having a Level 3 Travel Health Notice, (currently Italy, Iran, South Korea, and China) and have not self-isolated for a period of 14 days as instructed to do so by Federal and Local Health officials. Japan is currently under a Level 2 Travel Health Notice and although the 14-day self-isolation isn’t mandatory it is highly recommended.

Governor DeSantis has issued an executive order declaring a State of Emergency for COVID-19 throughout the state. We reserve the right to take any and all steps necessary to ensure the highest level of safety to include restricting access to any member or Staff member exhibiting possible signs of illness. It is imperative that all individuals respect the risks and follow the guidance; failure to do so may result in more severe restrictions.
